Eligibility The Program is open to individuals who have registered an account on our website and are of legal age in their jurisdiction. Enrollment in the Program is free and automatic upon your first purchase. 2. Earning Points You will earn 1 Kibs Klub Point ("Point") for every RM1 spent on eligible purchases made on our website. Points are awarded based on the total purchase amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts or promotions. Points are credited to your account within 48 hours of the transaction completion. Points cannot be earned on purchases made prior to the enrollment in the Program. 3. Redeeming Points Points can be redeemed for rewards exclusively on our website. The available rewards and the corresponding points required for redemption are listed on the rewards page of our website. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with another account. Points can only be used for purchases of products listed on our website and cannot be applied to taxes, shipping, or any other fees. 4. Points Expiration Points earned through the Kibs Klub Loyalty Program do not expire and will remain in your account indefinitely until they are redeemed. 5. Program Modifications We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. 6. Account Activity Points and rewards earned through the Program are subject to verification. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or revoke any Points or rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms. Inactive accounts (no purchase or redemption activity) for 24 consecutive months may result in the forfeiture of all Points. 7. Limitations of Use Points and rewards can only be used for purchases made on our website and cannot be used elsewhere. Points cannot be redeemed for gift cards or any other currency equivalents. 8.
