  • How does the subscription work?
    Based on the subscription plan you've purchased, we will send you the food on a recurring basis. This way, you will never run out of food for your pets or have to go out to get them yourself. PLUS, you'd always get free shipping with subscription. As of now, we only offer monthly subscriptions! You can view your subscriptions under your profile.
  • How do I change or cancel my subscriptions?
    You can cancel your subscription if you have logged in, under "My subscriptions". If you would like to make any changes to your subscription plans, kindly email us at kibspetfood@gmail.com., or drop a message at "Contact us" page and we will be happy to assist you. Please submit your request at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery. *Refunds can take up to 5 business days, depending on the financial institution.
  • Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
    Yes, you can cancel the subcription anytime through your registered profile or by contacting us via chat or our email kibspetfood@gmail.com. Please note that we reserve the right to suspend or charge a RM15 processing fee for abusive subscription behavior. If the subscription is purchased by mistake, we will cancel it without any additional charges prior to the scheduled delivery.

    Delivery within Peninsula Malaysia: Free shipping for orders RM 120 & above Flat rate RM 7 for orders below RM 120 Delivery within East Malaysia: Free shipping for orders RM 180 & above Flat rate RM 7 for order below RM 180 Delivery to Singapore: Free shipping for orders RM 180 & above
  • Do you provide international shipping?
    We are shipping within Malaysia and Singapore for now. For customers outside of these countries, do let us know and maybe we can work something out! 😉
  • How do I change the shipping address for my orders?
    If the order hasn't been shipped yet, you can contact us for assistance and we will check if we are able to amend the orders. If the order has been shipped out, you will need to contact the respective courier company to assist you.
  • Can I request to deliver on specific dates?
    We will always try to accommodate the date or timing requested to ship out the products. However, the delivery will be fully arranged by the courier company which depends on their deployment.
  • What about return or exchange of an order?
    If the order has been accepted for a return or exchange, have to be delivered via trackable postage mode by doorstep delivery courier only. The postage charges will be borne by the customer.
